After thorough consideration and market research, the management decided to transition from a B2B supplier to a B2C supplier with its own brand. Given the company’s well-established market presence, ALCHEMY-LEDER SPEZIALITATEN is confident in offering high-quality, time-tested products at competitive prices to customers.

As part of this strategy, ALCHEMY-LEDER SPEZIALITATEN has established two new entities: one in India, located in the western region, and the other in the UAE, a key logistics hub. These entities are strategically positioned to support the growing markets in India, APAC and West Asia. With these new facilities, the company is focused on expanding its business with the support of dedicated R&D and production partners; a strong logistics team; and a dynamic sales and marketing force. This will set a benchmark for offering high-quality products and services at a competitive price.

As part of its growth plan, ALCHEMY-LEDER SPEZIALITATEN also plans to set up similar entities in Latin America and Central America soon.
